Melanoma is one of the extremely deadliest cancers and is spreading quickly to treat difficulty after it metastasizes. Generally, tissue inspection cannot observe cells after their death. Traditional cytological examination cannot detect a small number of cancerous cells. Thus, this work presents a long-term cell-based observation device for the impedance variation in different temperatures for 24 hours of experimental, evaluative, and empirical investigations of the melanoma cell.
