Training specialists in non-destructive testing is a very important task. To teach magnetic and eddy current methods, real objects with different properties are required. They are very expensive. To solve this problem, a device has been developed that allows you to take the necessary readings, process and obtain data on the magnetic properties of the sample. The technical implementation of a device for collecting data and sending the received parameters to a computer is presented. An automated system for accounting for all errors will allow you to quickly generate a report on the object, taking into account the applied currents and linear dimensions, and form an object passport, which greatly simplifies the process of creating various samples for eddy current and magnetic control methods.
