The paper presents a circularly polarized dipole antenna with twisted elements. By twisting the flat plate elements, the current flow from the feeding point toward the edge of the elements is effectively directed to the longitudinal direction of the elements. As a result, circular polarization with the axial ratio below 3 dB is observed from 5.8 GHz to 7.8 GHz.
