Today, the demand of quick, eco-friendly, and efficient travel facilitates the global UAV market [1] has given rise to the emergence of air ambulance service as a critical segment from UAM sector. This paper describes the application of systems engineering application in the development of eVTOL aircraft for Emergency Medical Service mission. By employing MBSE methodologies and leveraging complementary tools like UML, Drawio and Capella, this paper demonstrates a systematic and effective translation of engineering concepts into comprehensive system functional design and physical architecture solutions. The results of the potential users uncover design precisions and key stakeholders communication, while also noting encountered challenges such as integration complexities, notably in the domains of spatial considerations and payload requirements. The purpose of the paper exists not only to show how design engineering methodologies to support system design and architecture analysis but also contributes the critical data in UAV air emergency medical service and lessons learned, setting the stage for future research directions.
