This study proposes an electromagnetic coupling analysis method for aircraft engine fuel control systems under electromagnetic pulses (EMPs). Based on the coupling characteristics of EMPs on the engine fuel control system,A technique is introduced for examining the electromagnetic interactions that occur under the influence of EMPs. Through high-current injection tests on the engine fuel control system, coupling signals at the controller terminals are obtained. A numerical model of the terminal coupling signals under electromagnetic pulses is established, and through numerical simulation analysis, the impact of terminal coupling signals on terminal circuits is studied. This approach pinpoints the components of the fuel control system that are susceptible to electromagnetic interference, thereby elucidating the fundamental process of how electromagnetic pulse (EMP) coupling signals disrupt the control signal transmission pathway.
