This article proposes a multifunctional and adjustable Luneburg lens reflector based on 3D printing. 3D printing has the advantages of high speed and accuracy. Composite resin material is used to achieve approximately continuous gradient dielectric constant by changing the filling rate. An active frequency selective surface (AFSS) array is used instead of metal surface to achieve dynamic control of radar cross section (RCS) enhancement and reduction in the 8.6-15.9 GHz frequency band. RCS enhancement is proved to reach 6.3 dB, and the difference between RCS reduction and enhancement is nearly 18.6 dB.
