This paper introduces a compact 8-12 GHz bandpass filter utilizing effective surface plasmon polaritons (ESPPs). ESPPs waveguide perform tunable cutoff frequency and excellent transmission efficiency. The different structural parameters of ESPPs BPF can easily control the passband range. The design of the ESPPs BPF offers low insertion loss, miniaturization (0.975λ <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">0</inf> ), ease of design, broadband, and tunable bandwidth, with potential applications in emerging communications and microwave systems.
