Social distancing is the best practice to limit the spread of virus. With technological advancements, the contacts are being much reduced in all areas, especially in restaurants. This leads to the reduction of deadly virus exposure. In this paper, hologram is used to provide contact-less food ordering system in the restaurants. By finding the wavelength distribution of light source, the hologram in menu ordering system is implemented. This model is implemented within a framework that can be used for distributing the food within different virtual and physical environments. By reducing direct contact points, this innovative approach significantly mitigates the risk of virus transmission, offering a vital tool in the ongoing battle against infectious diseases. The characteristics of each operation mode are analyzed, which provides an important reference for the researchers of the operation and management of the process food supply chain.
