We describe the case of a patient with lymphoblastic lymphoma who received 8 cycles of chemotherapy with subsequent development of secondary acute lymphoblastic leukemia, requiring initiation of a remission induction chemotherapy scheme based on Hyper-CVAD, developing secondary bone marrow aplasia.
