Load transfer is the most challenging operation in distribution network, especially with the increasing reliability of power supply. However, the current load transfer methods are still manual, which leads to low automation, suboptimal programs, and incomplete system flow. To address these issues, this paper proposes a large-scale load transfer system of distribution network that considers multilevel grid linkage (LTMGL). LT-MGL integrates the main network and distribution network models to achieve real-time panoramic data acquisition. Then, LT-MGL uses a genetic algorithm to construct a multilevel linkage transfer scheme that maximizes the power supply capacity. Finally, LT-MGL automatically executes the load transfer in a sequential manner, and provides an interactive interface to monitor the progress. Moreover, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of LT-MGL in enhancing the resilience of distribution system against large-scale accidents.
