The article deals with the topic of bringing to justice persons who have committed a crime against sexual integrity using information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet. The relevance of the topic is due to regular statistics showing a constant increase in the number of these crimes. At the same time, the protection of sexual integrity and mental health of minors (including minors) sexual assault is one of the priorities of the criminal policy of the state, in connection with which there is a high need for a detailed study of all criminal legal concepts used for the correct qualification of these criminal acts.
