This paper deeply discusses the basic knowledge of analog integrated circuit design, focusing on the physical principle and working principle of MOS (metal-oxide semiconductor) devices, as well as the design principles of single-stage amplifier, differential amplifier and current mirror. By understanding these basic concepts, we can better understand the core idea of analog integrated circuits. In addition, this paper also describes the circuit performance analysis tools in detail, including the basic use of Multisim, the establishment of quantitative analysis tools and the interpretation and application of simulation results. These tools can help engineers quickly evaluate the performance of the circuit, optimize the circuit design, and improve the reliability and stability of the circuit. Finally, this paper shows the application of analog integrated circuits in interactive intelligent wireless charging system. Through the use of analog integrated circuits, the intelligent control of wireless charging equipment can be realized and the charging efficiency can be optimized, which provides strong support for solving practical problems.
