A paradigm change in the way humans analyze and understand complicated data has been made possible by the incorporation of machine learning (ML) methods into the field of radar signal analysis. This research delves into the wide range of uses for ML in improving radar signal processing, from the military to the weather service. The purpose is to assess the efficiency and adaptability of ML approaches, including classic algorithms and a suggested Adaptive SignalNet Optimization methodology. The suggested technique was compared against industry standards like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Support Vector Machines (SVM) in a controlled testing environment. The effectiveness of the various approaches was evaluated using datasets of radar signals that were meant to be representative of real-world conditions. The results show the relevance of temporal signal grouping and adaptive anomaly identification in boosting the accuracy and responsiveness of radar data processing. The suggested technique not only outperformed the state-of-the-art, but also demonstrated the kind of resilience that is essential in real-time applications, where making the right decision at the right moment is of the utmost importance.
