Comparative analysis shows friction coefficient effects from drilling innovations, highlighting tribology principles and lubricants.
Using the scientific foundations of the adhesion-deformation theory of friction and wear by I.V. Kragelsky, a comparative structural and parametric analysis of the coefficient of friction in innovative methods of drilling holes with a tool with regular microgeometry of the impacting surfaces was performed under the conditions of using modern metal-coating lubricants that implement the "wear-free effect of Garkunov-Kragelsky friction"; the results obtained expand the complexity and physical visibility of algorithmic procedures "Artificial technological intelligence" and the fundamental field of "Tribology based on self-organization".
