The objective of this paper is to introduce a paticular optimization technique to optimize parameters of a two stage relief valves. Here mathematical modelling of this valve has been established by the power bond graph method. Parameter prediction is carried out through the simulation and test research. Applying the “Seeking Optimum by Exchanging Two Cost Functions” method will yield the optimal values of its parameters.
