Low‐power, high brightness of OLED are increasingly sought after by the market. Based on the optimization of the light extraction structure, the new umbrella structure prepared by processing interface of OC and ink increases light output efficiency and reduces power consumption. Compared with the no‐MLA structure, the new structure improves the optical efficiency by 17% via optimizing the light path and concentrating the low angle light. The conventional trapezoidal light structure only increases light efficiency by 10%.
