With the popularization and application of gas insulated switchgear (GIS), more and more vibration and noise phenomena have appeared in its application site. Vibration and noise problems are often caused by poor assembly and partial discharges. Therefore, in this paper, the relationship between the assembly state and vibration of 110 kV GIS double-fracture disconnect switch (DDS) is investigated, and the finite element method is used to complete a 3D frequency-domain electromagnetic-structural multi-physics field coupling simulation study of 110 kV DDS. Setting the insert boundary as a free boundary simulates a poorly assembled state. Simulation results show that the strongest part of the DDS vibration is the insert connected with other fittings, and its vibration acceleration reaches 0.19m/s 2 . The results illustrate that the DDS assembly condition has a large impact on its vibration. It provides a reference for the field assembly and mechanical structure maintenance of DDS.
