Wide-band-gap (WBG) perovskite solar cells have gained significant attention in silicon/perovskite tandem solar cells due to their suitable band gap and high open circuit voltage (Voc). However, the phase separation and film defects of WBG perovskite films have severely hindered the larger Voc and high efficiency. Herein, we demonstrate a simple passivation approach with potassium thiocyanate and methylammonium chloride dual-passivation, which could effectively increase the film grain size and suppress ion migration and phase separation. Consequently, the wide-band-gap perovskite (1.69 eV) solar cells with dual-passivation exhibit a relatively high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 20.35% with a larger Voc of 1.20 V. Meanwhile, a perovskite mini-module with an area of 12 cm2 obtains an impressive PCE of 17.4%. The optimized state-of-the-art cells with dual-passivation exhibit a favorable storage and phase stability.
