In the paper the problem of designing highly sensitive digital antenna arrays taking into account the mutual influence between elements is studied. Digital hardware model of radio direction-of-arrival estimation system based on digital algorithms have been developed. The electrodynamic model including the mutual coupling of elements of a linear antenna array is used as channel of the DOA-estimator. Microstrip antennas are elements of this array. In the paper the steps of building a functional block model for DOA-estimation is presented. The graphs of the spatial pseudospectrum are obtained which are calculated based on the FPGA-board.
