Bigger spend of the biophysical resources in cold leads to decrease in the general physical and mental activity of the person, which affects efficiency and accuracy in terms of the work performance. Therefore, development of the smart thermal-protective industrial clothing with remote monitoring and automatic correction of motor actions of the person wearing it, based the of Internet of Things technologies, is an urgent task to reduce production risks. The following functional principle is suggested as the basis to address the tasks above: clothing with the ability to remotely monitor human motor resources before the fatigue transition phase and automated mode control. A smart thermal protective suit with the physical activity safe mode control function is developed on the basis of the described technical solution. The developed system for monitoring and analyzing human fatigue in clothing under cold conditions and promptly adjusting human motor mode was experimentally tested with data on accumulation of the proposed human fatigue index. With the help of the developed principle and technical solutions of smart clothing that manages human fatigue in the thermal discomfort conditions, the person working in the cold and gradually moving into a risky state of his performance, as well as the specialist in charge of the occupational health and safety at the facilities, and specialists who analyses and plan the operational safety systems - all these employees get their own tools for monitoring and responsive regulation of the human physical actions both in the current situation and in the future.
