Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the maxillary sinus is extremely rare. Our patient was admitted to our hospital with nonspecific complaints such as nasal obstruction and nasal bleeding. As a result of the histopathological and immunohistochemical examination of the biopsy taken, the case was diagnosed as "mucoepidermoid carcinoma." The mass could not be completely resected due to its anatomical location, and the patient received postoperative radiotherapy. Our patient's tumor recurred after two years.
