In response to the escalating recidivism rates among violent criminals, particularly those targeting vulnerable populations, this research introduces an innovative Real-Time Video Surveillance System for high-precision recognition of criminal faces. Traditional surveillance methods often fall short in identifying potential threats in real-time, necessitating the integration of a composable deep face recognition method to revolutionize surveillance practices. The system aims to prevent individuals with a history of violent crimes for example child offenders and from approaching sensitive areas such as schools and childcare centers. Conventional surveillance, reliant on manual monitoring and delayed image processing, lacks the efficacy needed for proactive threat detection. It is not possible to overestimate the importance of the proposed system for public safety and crime prevention. It actively detects criminals in real-time and quickly notifies authorities by fusing facial recognition technology with an SOS sending feature. This all encompassing strategy solves the drawbacks of conventional monitoring techniques and provides a preemptive defense against possible threats. The addition of SOS integration is a significant development in the field of surveillance technology, establishing the system as an indispensable instrument in the continuous endeavor to improve security protocols and protect marginalized populations.
