This article aims to introduce the strategies of the construction and the application of smart classroom in colleges based on one cloud platform with three terminals, which are classroom terminal, mobile terminal and management terminal. This project can actively promote the reform of modern teaching technology and method and improve the application level of information technology and new media technology in course teaching.
