Modern medicine is currently faced with an increasing number of complex vascular injuries, both in peacetime and as a result of combat operations. These injuries are often accompanied by serious complications that require accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. This article focuses on the significance and effectiveness of endovascular angiography in a comprehensive approach to the management of vascular injuries, emphasizing its key role in modern medical practice. The study aims to improve the understanding and optimize diagnostic and treatment strategies for vascular injuries, which is of great importance for both military and civilian medicine. The results of the study suggest that endovascular angiography provides accurate localization and characterization of vascular lesions, which is critical for treatment planning. Successful use of this technique has been noted in the diagnosis and performance of endovascular procedures, such as stent-graft implantation. Endovascular angiography plays an important role in the diagnosis and management of vascular injuries in mine blast injuries (MBIs) and extremity trauma. Integration of this technique with other diagnostic approaches and subsequent surgical interventions is the key to successful treatment and restoration of function of injured vessels and limbs.
