Purpose. Present the results of transplantation of the retinal pigment epithelium — choroid complex, dynamic observation for 12 months. Material and methods. Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of 14 patients with autologous translocation of the pigment epithelium (PES) — choroid graft due to the presence of submacular pathology, namely: atrophy of the pigment epithelium, submacular hemorrhage, subretinal fibrosis. Results. In all cases, within 12 months, best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) exceeded preoperative values and had positive dynamics throughout the entire observation period. Conclusions. Translocation of the autologous pigment epithelium-vascular complex represents a possible treatment option for neovascular AMD when standard methods are ineffective.
