Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome is a rare complex congenital disorder, presenting with obstructed vagina, uterus didelphys and ipsilateral renal agenesis. Hemivaginal obstruction firstly asymptomatic, leads to symptoms after menarche such as dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain or infertility.
