The reliability modeling of personnel behavior characteristics is crucial for studying the behavior status of combat personnel during information processing operations and is of great significance for improving the combat effectiveness of human-machine systems. In order to effectively solve the problem of modeling the behavior of combat personnel in information processing operations, based on the basic idea of theoretical analysis-mathematical modeling-example application, the behavioral characteristics of information processing operations were divided from two dimensions of cognition and stress using information theory methods. The cognitive behavior formation factors and stress behavior formation factors of information processing operations were analyzed and formed, and a behavioral characteristic model of information processing operations was constructed. Furthermore, taking the target input information processing task as an example, the behavior feature model was used to accurately identify the main factors that form the behavior of information processing tasks, verifying the effectiveness of the method.
