This study assesses the levels of job burnout experienced by teachers in primary and lower secondary schools in Kosova, examining how these levels vary based on demographic factors. Data was collected using the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) and analyzed with SPSS. The findings indicate moderate levels of exhaustion and disengagement among teachers in primary and lower secondary schools. Additionally, demographic variables such as gender, age, years of service, type of service, perceived socio-economic status, and marital status showed no significant impact on burnout levels among teachers in the southern region of Kosova, particularly Prizren.
