The liver is the largest solid organ in the body. In addition to these essential roles, it also cleans blood flow of contaminants, regulates blood clotting, and keeps blood sugar levels stable. All blood that exits the stomach and intestines is ultimately directed toward the liver. Infections, genetic disorders, cancer, overindulgence in toxic drugs, and other situations can all result in liver sickness. Medical professionals state that liver cancer may be diagnosed in 1.6% of Indian men and women at some time in their lifespan. When liver CT images are interpreted semi-manually or manually, a great deal of money, time, subjectivity, and error are involved. Many computer techniques have been developed to improve the diagnosis of cancer of the liver, and those issues have been handled. To create a fully automated method that will make it possible to quickly extract cancers of the liver from images obtained from CT scans. Its efficiency in enhancing the diagnostic accuracy of IVGG-19 based CAD is suggested by the experimental findings, which obtain the best classification accuracy of 97.2%.
