We proposed a new lightweight encryption algorithm based on DNA technique to be adequate for Internet of Things(IoT) device's, In this context we use secret code, SHA-256 hashing and the random nature of DNA sequence to generate a key which is highly resilient against attacks and difficult to crack. A crucial property in cryptography is the avalanche effect, where a small change in plaintext leads to significantly different cipher text. This avalanche effect enhances the overall security of cryptography algorithms by preventing attackers from perceiving patterns. Our experimental results demonstrate outstanding performance with respect to key size, encryption duration, extent of deformation, and avalanche compared with other encryption algorithms.
