Design and analysis of pressure reducing valve based on finite element method

In China's current economic development level and scientific and technological progress of the fast pace of the era, with the rapid growth and development of China's automobile industry, its development goals have gradually become a good way to promote China's economic development and social environmental protection progress. Fuel cars are also referred to as NGV vehicles (namely CNG-CNG, LNG-LHG and LPG-LPG). The pressure reducing valve of natural gas vehicles is an important component of natural gas vehicles. Its performance is directly related to the safety of the vehicle. It has the ability to mediate pressure and maintain pressure stability in the application of NGV vehicles. The functional error rate of the pressure reducing valve is correlated to the service life and sealing ability of the rubber sealing ring. In this paper, the rubber sealing ring of the pressure relief valve is briefly described and analyzed by SolidWorks, Ansys and other software. By optimizing the design of the structure of the pressure relief valve, the stress, strain and displacement have been reduced to different degrees.
