This study focuses on enhancing the structural rigidity of both the gears and bearings by investigating the optimal spacing between two bearings on the driving gear. By extending the lifespan of these bearings, the overall performance of the main reduction unit is improved, leading to a reduction in noise and vibration, thereby enhancing the vehicle's NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) characteristics.
