In recent years, the demands on the performance and safety of turbofan engines for control systems have become increasingly stringent. Prioritizing safety over performance and limiting protection control is essential to ensure the safety of engine operation during transient states. Among the various areas of active research on control barrier functions, which offer advantages such as real-time solid capability, compatibility, constraints, and robustness, this paper leverages these strengths to design a control barrier function-based restriction protection method for aircraft engines. This method ensures safety while responding faster than traditional constraint protection methods based on Min-Max selection logic. In the final sections of the article, the effectiveness of the designed constraint controller is validated through simulation using a linear model of the engine control system.
