The investigators examined correlations between physical and mental health factors and job satisfaction among residents and fellows at a tertiary center pediatric hospital. This was an observational cross-sectional study. Five measures were utilized to assess the health status of the study population. Results were examined with distribution assessments and the calculation of summary statistics. Findings revealed that anxiety and depression symptoms correlate with job satisfaction.
