The frequencies of mtDNA haplogroups among public data HC and in-house data HC are shown in Table S1. The PCA plot revealed that the combined frequency of components 1 and 2 was 81.7%. In component 1, in-house data HC and in-house data sup HC are more closely associated with public data HC (Shaanxi). In component 2, in-house data HC and in-house data sup HC are more closely related to public data HC (Guangzhou).
