TAS covers the technology of superconductivity and its applications.Superconducting applications span the range from small scale analog and digital circuits and systems, to large scale applications of electrical power generation, storage, transmission and medical applications such as MRI.Content includes the development and enhancement of the associated materials.Papers on materials will be those directed toward applications so that their contents will be of greatest interest to the applications community. They should be concerned with such matters as limiting current densities, microwave surface resistance, noise properties, and magnetic-field dependences. The electronics applications will include both analog and digital circuits and systems.Power applications will include magnet design for energy storage or magnetic levitation, new developments in superconductive motors and generators, and power transmission lines. This Transactions will also include a Technical Notes section dedicated to the publication of short correspondence whose rapid publication is considered important to the development of the field. The articles in this journal are peer reviewed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the IEEE PSPB Operations Manual (sections 8.2.1.C & 8.2.2.A).
