Introduction Erectile sexual dysfunction shows a high incidence in the world population. The three-piece penile prosthesis implant has become the standard goal for the surgical correction, showing efficacy, patient satisfaction and a low incidence of complications. Implant malfunction is a cause that often requires a second surgical intervention. Live surgery video is shown showing the technical details of implant replacement in a single surgical procedure. Objective show step by step the surgical technique for the replacement of the three-piece penile prosthetic implant.
