In three-phase four-wire distribution networks, numerous challenges persist regarding power quality that require attention. These challenges encompass deficient voltage regulation, increased demands for reactive power and harmonic currents, uneven distribution of loads, and an overflow of neutral currents. Consequently, there exists a notable accumulation of neutral current across fundamental and harmonic frequencies. This investigation examines the potential of the T -linked transformer to reduce neutral current, while concurrently assessing the capability of the VSC to regulate reactive power, harmonic currents, and load distribution. Through the use of MATLAB's Simulink and Power Grid Block Set toolboxes, DSTATCOM is implemented efficiently.
