In this study, we introduce web-based inventory, stock monitoring, and control systems powered by a local encrypted web server. Through locally secured web servers, this novel technology emphasizes data protection, accessibility, and control while streamlining the installation of conventional software and providing a robust web-based platform accessible from any device with a regular web browser. Real-time stock monitoring, inventory control, user authentication, and locally protected web servers for increased data privacy are some of this system's key features. With the aid of this novel technology, businesses can keep an eye on their inventory in real time, enabling proactive decision-making and lowering the likelihood of inventory-related problems. Through a user-friendly online interface, users can easily manage their inventory by adding, updating, or deleting goods, improving accuracy and reducing mistakes. The capacity to customize the system to meet the needs of individual firms, whether small or large, is a distinguishing feature. To accommodate more users, goods, or locations as the company needs change, the system grows effortlessly. An automated computing solution based on a web platform for electronic data recording and processing and electronic report production was developed as part of this software solution to overcome these difficulties.
