Relationship between Adversity Quotient and Anxiety in Facing The World of Work in Final Level Students of Polytechnic X

The type of research used is quantitative correlational research. The research population was 553 students and the sample used was 182 students . The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. . The results of the analysis showed r = -0.335, a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). This means that there is a negative relationship between the adversity quotient and anxiety about facing the world of work in high school students. The higher the adversity quotient, the lower the anxiety facing the world of work in final year students. Vice versa, the lower the adversity quotient, the higher the anxiety of final year students facing the world of work. Adversity Quotient contribution influences anxiety facing the world of work is 11.2%
