Digital twin technology is an advanced data simulation and analysis tool with great potential for power inspection work order processing. It can help inspectors identify and solve problems more accurately and efficiently by conducting high-precision simulations of the power system. The role of digital twin technology is mainly reflected in real-time data monitoring, fault prediction, and optimization decision-making. By comparing the data with the actual power system, inspectors can promptly identify abnormal situations and take corresponding measures. By simulating and analyzing the power system, inspectors can predict potential faults in advance and take preventive measures. In addition, digital twin technology can also evaluate the effectiveness of different decision-making solutions and select the optimal solution to solve the problem. In the future, the development direction of digital twin technology includes improving accuracy and accuracy, optimizing models and algorithms, improving data collection and transmission efficiency, and strengthening data security and privacy protection. Through experiments, it can be seen that the growth rates of enterprises that do not use digital twin technology combined with power inspection work order processing were 2.59%~3.21 %, 3.48%~4.52%, and 3.10%~5.51 %, respectively. The growth rates of enterprises that use digital twin technology combined with power inspection work order processing were 3.11 %–7.95~, 4.57%~7.66%, and 5.13%~8.45%. From this, it can be seen that with the continuous development and application of technology, digital twin technology would play an increasingly important role in the processing of power inspection work orders, providing strong support for the safe and stable operation of the power system.
