In this paper, the possessions and waveform of human EEG signals are investigated to make a digital system. The objective of this study is to provide a signal spectrum analysis of the changes in the area of various sleep phases. The observations made on the EEG patterns might be examined for their applicability in the identification of sleep disorders, including sadness and anxiety. By recording brain signals and pictures, it is possible to see changes in the electrical and chemical activity in the brain that are a reflection of these illnesses. The electroencephalogram (EEG) signals used in this study were subjected to a Short Time-Frequency Analysis of Power Spectrum Density (STFAPSD) technique for the purpose of diagnosing various types of sleep disorders, and a digital method for the diagnosis of neurological disorders was proposed
