Influence of Rewards, Motivation, and Diciplin Work on Employee Performance at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (Beji-Pasuruan)

This research aims to determine and assess the effects of rewards, discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of Pt Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Beji, Pasuruan. The population in this study consisted of 200 contract employees at Pt Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Beji, Pasuruan. The sampling technique is based on a census, where a sample of the whole population is taken. The initial stage is carry out a descriptive analysis test. The second stage is the classic assumption. The third stage is to carry out multiple linear regression analysis. And the last oen involves testing the hypothesis proposed in this research using a perial (t test ) and a simultaneous test (f test). The findings of this reveal that reward variables, motivation and work discipline have a very positive influence on the performance of employees of Pt Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Beji, Pasuruan.
