We proposed a novel GNSS common view method by using GPS L1C/L2C/C5/L1P/L2P and Galileo E1/E5a/E5b code signals and the extended 30-second CGGTTS files to implement the remote time transfer. The hardware delays of the frequency codes of GPS L1C/L1P/L2P and Galileo E1/E5a were calibrated by BIPM calibration campaign and the code L2C/C5/E5b were derived from the calibrated hardware delay values and ionosphere-free combination model to guarantee the traceability of time transfer. The 30-second CGGTTS files were used in order to regain the abandoned data of CGGTTS version 2.E files. Because of the denser and more data usage, the time transfer instability of the GNSS eCV could be reduced. In the results of a 30- meters baseline test, the time deviation at 1 hour average of the GNSS eCV time transfer was 48 ps, and the traditional GPS P3 CV was 96 ps, about 50 % improvement with respect to the GPS P3 CV.
