Special Aspects of the Development of the Legal Regulation of Recommendation Technologies in Entrepreneurial Activities in Russia and China

In the article, the author examines approaches to the legal regulation of information technologies using recommendation algorithms in Russia and China, analyzes the definition of the concept, formulated requirements for transparency, control and monitoring. In general, there are possible problems in practice associated with direct access to information systems due to the need to attract highly qualified specialists, the volume of analyzed data, the risk of leakage of confidential information.
