Nowadays guidelines for reliable aerospace navigation, inherent limitations of IMU in conjunction with GPS and RF aiding do not match the requirements of reliability and space speeds that are essential for space-speeds applications. There is currently a huge gap exists between capabilities of current aerospace and especially satellite navigation in providing for space maneuvering requirements. The only way to resolve this problem is to provide satellites with reliable Onboard Autonomous Navigation. The Non-Inertial Navigation Technology (NINT) devices and the key component Photonic 'Velometer' are the frontrunners of the Artificial Intelligence of Motion (AI-Motion). The Velometer revolution of AI-Motion specifically addresses areas of Space Autonomy delivering unique capabilities of Autonomously and Continuously, at Spece-Speeds providing 3D flight data on the craft's position, velocity (speed and direction of motion), and orientation from within and from the motion itself, that is independent from outside sources, including GPS.
