This article discusses the development of software to support the decision-making process of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operators when UAS flight planning and control. The main goal is to integrate and fuse the meteorological data from different sources to enhance the operative information availability to ensure effective UAS control and optimal decision-making. The article will discuss the aspects of data collection, analysis and integration into the common dataspace, as well as the development of decision-making algorithms based on these data. The simulation of decisions-making that demonstrates the UAS flight trajectory correction based on operative meteorological data is presented. It is expected that the developed approach to data management, algorithm of decision-making and software realization will help to increase the productivity and reliability of UAS operations and provide operators with valuable information for making informed and substantiated decisions.
