Experiments and numerical simulations were used to study and analyze the anisotropy of lattice materials, and the elastic-plastic properties of lattice materials were obtained. The equivalent continuum hypothesis was used to approximate the lattice material as a homogeneous continuous orthotropic material. The relevant equivalent yield parameters and plastic yield surfaces of the lattice materials were calculated using the Hill yield criterion. Comparisons of numerical simulations and experimental data show that they match very well. The effect of strut radius on anisotropic yield property and yield surface of lattice material was investigated.
