Background: Hypertension is a condition of increased blood pressure that continues to exceed normal limits. Abnormal blood pressure reaches 140/90 mmHg. Compliance with therapy in patients is very important because although hypertension cannot be cured, it can be controlled. Objective: This study was to determine the level of compliance and satisfaction with hypertension therapy in hypertensive patients at the Dukuh Kupang Community Health Center, Surabaya during the period October-December 2023. Method: This study used a descriptive design with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires given to 50 hypertensive patients who were treated at the Dukuh Kupang Community Health Center. The level of compliance was measured using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) and the level of patient satisfaction was measured using the Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire for Medication (TSQM). Results: Of the 50 patients who participated, 28% showed a high level of satisfaction, 36% moderate, and 36% low. Overall patient satisfaction with drug hypertension therapy services was at a very satisfied level with 74% of patients feeling quite satisfied, 26%. Conclusion: The level of compliance and satisfaction of hypertension therapy in patients at the Dukuh Kupang Health Center, Surabaya, in the period October-December 2023 was quite good. However, patients with low levels of satisfaction and those who are less satisfied with the service are still needed, through more intensive education and improvement of the quality of health services.
