Introduction. In conditions of economic instability and high competition, enterprises require new methodological approaches to management and development. Constructivism serves not only as a philosophical and artistic concept but also as a methodological basis for systemic enterprise management, integrating logic, functionality, and social appropriateness. Its principles enable the creation of holistic, adaptive, and risk-based business structures capable of effective functioning and development in complex and dynamic economic environments. Problem Statement. Current approaches to enterprise development management often fail to integrate the theoretical foundations of constructivism with a risk-based approach. This limits the organizations’ ability to develop systemic structures, ensure adaptability, and make informed managerial decisions. The purpose to develop a theoretical concept of risk-based enterprise development management grounded in constructivism, forming a holistic, adaptive, and systemic management model that ensures effective organization and development of business structures. Methods. Theoretical model construction utilized cognitive modeling, system and structural analysis methods, as well as the conceptual principles of functionalism and industrial constructivism. Analytical and logical approaches enabled the integration of a risk-based perspective into a systemic management framework. Results. A conceptual management model is proposed, combining constructivist principles and a risk-based approach to ensure coherence, adaptability, and systematicity of business structures. The model demonstrates the potential for forecasting the impact of internal and external risks on enterprise development, setting managerial priorities, and designing efficient organizational structures. Conclusions. The theoretical study demonstrates that integrating constructivist principles into risk-based management provides a robust methodological foundation for systemic enterprise development. The proposed concept may serve as a basis for further empirical research and practical implementation of strategic and organizational decisions.
